“I had a lot of bowel issues. Basically, I had diarrhea for almost three years straight. I had gone and had a colonoscopy about a year and a half, two years before I started this program. I went through all of that. I reintroduced foods, but I still had diarrhea. And basically, the doctor said, well, here's a pill. And I wasn't happy with that.
